Privacy notice

How Press I Car uses information when you visit this website or enquire about a private tour or transfer.

Who to contact

The data controller is Román Llort Burgues, self-employed, trading as Limo Service Press I Car BCN, NIF 46333876P. Address: Passatge Sant Pau 1 casa, 08025 Barcelona, Spain. For privacy enquiries, contact info@pressicat.com or +34 656 801 150.

Enquiries and service arrangements

When you send an enquiry, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, contact details, date, passenger count, pickup, destination and message. We use it to reply, prepare a quotation and arrange the service you request. Processing necessary to respond to your request or provide the service is based on steps before a contract or performance of a contract. Please do not include passport details, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information.

Who processes information

Our website and enquiry infrastructure use Cloudflare. Your enquiry is saved in our private operations system and a copy is emailed to the business mailbox using Cloudflare Email Service; our mailbox provider also processes that copy. Enquiries are handled by Press I Car and the service providers needed to operate the website and arrange your requested journey. If you choose email or WhatsApp, that provider also processes your communication under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not sell your enquiry details.

Optional visit measurement

Only after you accept analytics do we load Google Analytics, provided by Google Ireland Limited and its processors. We measure public page visits, contact-link clicks and the enquiry funnel: first interaction, submission attempts, delivery errors and successful registration. The selected service is recorded only as tours or transfers. We do not intentionally send form contents, names, phone numbers, email addresses or enquiry text to Analytics. Advertising storage, advertising user data, personalised advertising and Google signals are disabled in our integration. With analytics consent, we also record the page language, contact-button placement and fixed error categories without field values. We keep a recognised source category, approved landing-page path and approved campaign code in optional session storage (pressicat-attribution-v1), and attach them to your enquiry so we can assess which sources lead to bookings. We do not send private Operations activity or booking records to Google Analytics.

Storage and international processing

Google and Cloudflare may process information outside the European Economic Area using the safeguards described in their applicable data-processing terms. Analytics cookies are configured for a maximum of 180 days without extending their expiry on every visit. Our consent preference also expires after 180 days. Google Analytics event and user data retention is set to two months; this is separate from cookie expiry. Enquiry records are kept as needed to manage your request, provide the service and meet applicable legal obligations.

Your choices and rights

You can accept or reject analytics and change your choice using Cookie settings in the footer. You may contact info@pressicat.com to request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data, or object where applicable. Withdrawing analytics consent does not affect earlier processing. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at aepd.es.

Private operations and external services

The private operations area and its Google Calendar connection have a separate privacy notice. They are excluded from the public website Analytics integration. Links to Tripadvisor, WhatsApp and other third-party websites take you to services governed by their own policies.
